I'd be curious to know if he's aware that there are Experience Design professionals and whether or not his company engages them and how. Did he anywhere mention many of the related research and/or artifacts of our work such as scenarios, channel/touchpoint analysis, persona value scales, etc.?

Not having read the book, and yet having looked at many reviews which mention the book, I'm still not seeing anything that suggests a specific approach to make progress toward a goal (not saying there's isn't anything, just wondering if it's there).
