I started this blog in April of 2004. In four years, I've written numerous posts, both good & bad, about brands and companies I deal with. In those four years, I can't remember a single brand stopping by to thank me for positive comments or defend negative comments. And there are a couple of times that my posts come up pretty high on Google. For example, if you search on "Ikea experience" you'll find a post about my negative experience sitting on the top spot.
Brands, if you're reading our blog and we say something nice, how about saying thanks. It'd be nice if you encouraged people who were giving your brand positive reviews. And if I've said something negative about your brand, well, tell me why I'm wrong. Or at least tell me your sorry.
All I hear is how this is the time of conversations between brands and people. I've been doing my part so when are you going to join in?
