Hi David – great points. Thinking back on the discussion at OMMA Mobile, it was certainly obsessed with infrastructure and technology issues. The only discussion about consumers was that they are adopting smarter devices and faster connections, so they’ll be ripe for the picking soon. Or more likely, soon to be frustrated as mobile advertising takes off.

Yes it was a distressing event without people looking at the bigger picture.

I think David Verklin was sensational - and it was nice he mentioned Amethon's Mobile Analytics.

From the people I spoke to the need for clear and consice analytics on any mobile wap website/interaction was/is obvious but I was surprised how few people had taken action already.

All in all a good networking event for Amethon sales but hope for a more dynamic longer reaching concepts to be discussed next year.
