Hey, your posts have inspired me! - I love the way you directly get to the point, and then work outwards. I’ve been trying to do figure out what I want to say about ,that would allow me to do exactly the same thing.

I completely agree: a positive customer experience that leads to brand loyalty is an absolutely essential part of any business. They say that an individual who has a positive experience at a business will tell 3 others about it; however, if the experience were negative, 11 others would know! Word of mouth advertising can work both ways!
