Mr. Hayes's company is the one that canceled without notice from my awards program Swiss's "Miles & More" and then makes me pay for my phone call to have assistance.
But finding a moment to run the company in between conferences about consumer listening points gets harder all the time.
Poor Mr. Hayes.
