Trey made an excellent point about how having a great story is like having a compass that guides you through all of the decisions you make. Liked that thought a lot.

The key thought you mentioned represents one of the most important problems in the use of social media; for example in 2007 Segolene Royal (a French candidate for the presidency)concentrated her communication through her blog...in the end she lost because her readers weren't a representative group of voters.
